Downtown Dining off the Plaza
This Friday, June 19th, the Southside of Santa Fe is in for a shocker. A new restaurant and bar will be opening its doors that evening that is unlike anything ever done on that end of town.
The southside is saturated with family dining and chain restaurants as well as several local cuisine eateries. Now those wanting an upscale dining experience without “Plaza Prices” in a relaxed atomsphere can spend their evening at The Santa Fe Capitol Grill.
The menu features New American Cuisine, a la carte style, including a Duck Confit Flatbread appetizer, Burgers with tobacco onions, and a Half Chicken entree with pickled tomato and avocado salad.
At the bar (which is thirty eight feet long with 18 seats!!), you will find Tres Mojitos Shooters: a tasting flight of 3 mojitos (traditional, mango, and pomegranate), El Cosmopolitano, a cosmo made with tequila instead of vodka, and the Capitol “B” with a duo of rums, basil, and blueberries.
Located in the San Isidro Plaza (3462 Zafarano Drive) accross from the Regal 14 Theater, Santa Fe Capitol Grill is ready to rock the locals as well as visitors to The City Different. “Martinis, Munching and Mixing on the Southside!”
Sound good to you? It did to me as well, so I took a job there!
See you there!!!!
