Rum and Cachaca

Ginger’s Pear-adise

  • 2 oz spiced rum
  • 3/4 oz Domaine De canton Ginger Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz honey syrup
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon juice
  • 2 slices Bartlett Pear

Muddle pear, honey syrup nad lemon.  Add rum and ginger liqueur.  Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. garnish with pear slice and long lemon twist

Gypsy Rose

  • 6 raspberries
  • 1/2 oz demarara syrup
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3 drops Autumn Tincure
  • 1/2 oz Ginger liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz Spiced Rum

Muddle raspebberies, syrup nad lemon juice in the bottom of a mixing glass.  Add all other ingredients, and shake with ice.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.  Garnish with a skewered raspeberry and lemon twist

My Favorite Caipirinhas

I am a HUGE fan of caipirinhas!  And thought the basic caipirinha is lime, there is a whole host of flavors that can be added.  Here are a few of my favorites:
